Wendy Pollard

Wendy Pollard is Senior Research and Information Transfer Advisor at Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC). She is the regional lead for the EQuilibriumTM sustainable housing initiative at CMHC and the main client contact for the ÉcoTerra Home and Alstonvale Net Zero Home.

Wendy is responsible for presenting CMHC research on sustainable housing and communities to industry stakeholders and consumers throughout Quebec. In addition to the EQuilibrium initiative, she has presented on related topics such as indoor air quality, sustainable community planning, passive solar design, high performance building envelopes, Flex-housing, residential intensification, and many other housing as a system and community as a system topics.

Wendy is an architect with 9 years experience in institutional, commercial, and residential design, including work on single family housing, adapted housing, crisis shelters, and  affordable housing.
